[Al-Furqan 25:63] Qaaluu Salaaman

And the slaves of the Most Gracious [i.e. Ibad-ur Rahman] are those
who walk on the earth in humility
& when the foolish address them (with bad words)
they reply back with mild words of gentleness [Qaaluu salaaman].
[Al-Furqan 25:63]

All believers are special, but Ibad-ur Rahman are super special in the sight of Allah, and their first quality is described in this Ayah:

1. They walk with humility, they acknowledge their weakness and don’t flaunt their capability in front of others.

2. [Qaaluu salaaman] includes the following:
(1) they don’t get themselves engaged with people who don’t have control over their ugly emotions (eg. angry / insulting people), but rather they walk away peacefully from such situation and
(2) they speak peacefully without getting those hurtful words under their skin, but they deal with it with a reasonable & rational way.

This is the first description of Ibad-ur Rahman, highlighting the importance of akhlaq. And it’s applicable in our everyday transactions including how we respond to people on the social media.
